Tricker's

Founded in 1829 by Joseph Tricker, the name “Tricker’s” has been associated with high-quality bench-made and handmade English shoemaking for generations. Their manufacturing base continues to run out of Northampton in the East Midlands region of England. This large town was once the hub of artisan English shoemaking. One of the reasons for the company’s longevity is their continued ability to take old world artisanship and place it in the context of menswear vernacular.

The secret of Tricker’s shoes’ strength and durability is in the Goodyear welt, the traditional method for manufacturing men’s dress shoes. Taking its name from the son of Charles Goodyear, it refers to the inventor of the machinery used in this process.

While still remaining a go-to for classic silhouettes like elegant brogues, hardy boots, and versatile oxfords, Tricker’s also regularly collaborates with other established names like Ted Baker, Junya Watanabe, Thom Brown and well... Très Bien :-). The resulting shoes are both fashion-forward and built to last.
